 Non-custom orders require a 48-hour turnaround. For custom orders or special arrangements, please email bakedgoodsbyjen@gmail.com. We do our best to accommodate all requests. 

 Yes! We offer one pick-up time per day in Orem and Springville, excluding Sundays. We also offer daily pick-up in Provo from 9:00–5:00 Monday through Friday and 10:00–2:00 on Saturdays. Delivery is available for an additional fee depending on travel distance.  

Please advise on your order where you would like to pick up or if you would like your order delivered. 

Payment in full is required at the time the order is placed to confirm and secure your order. Payment can be made online or via Venmo. Utah sales tax applies to both forms of payment. 

Yes, gluten-free options are available. Please note that our kitchen is not a dedicated gluten-free facility, so it may not be suitable for those with celiac disease. 

We cannot guarantee that our baked goods are nut-free, as some items may contain traces of nuts. While we take precautions to help prevent cross-contamination, our kitchen is not a dedicated nut-free environment.
